Deborah Peraza, RN Injector/CLT and Founder of Royal Aesthetics & Injectables

Deborah embarked on her nursing career over 18 years ago and takes great pride in being a 4th generation Arizonian. In 2018, she made a courageous decision to transition from her role as an RN Administrator to pursuing a career as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Despite raising four children, Deborah recognized that this career change would not only benefit her family but also allow her to continue her passion for nursing in a different setting. She made a commitment to prioritize safety, injection artistry, and beauty in caring for each client.

In 2019, Deborah founded Royal Aesthetics with a vision to provide aesthetic services to the people of Arizona. Her goal was to create a medspa that exuded luxury and relaxation for her clients and guests. Through continuous effort and dedication, Deborah has shaped Royal Aesthetics into the establishment it is today. She stands firmly behind the brand she has built, ensuring that every client receives a comprehensive experience and achieves noticeable, yet natural, results.

Alongside her professional accomplishments, Deborah cherishes her role as a mother to her four beautiful children, ranging from 30 to 17 years old. In her household, she has always strived to foster love, unity, and nurturing. As her children begin to explore their own paths, Deborah embraces outdoor activities, country music, culinary adventures, and travel.

To stay at the forefront of her field, Deborah has collaborated with prestigious Plastic Surgeons, Master Trainers, and world-renowned Physicians. She actively participates in educational seminars, cadaver lectures, and engages with her peers and the aesthetic community. By continuously expanding her knowledge of cosmetic injectables, Deborah ensures the delivery of safe, natural, and beautiful results while adhering to the highest standards of care. 

Deborah takes great pride in offering a range of training programs for injectors in the field of aesthetics. These programs include a Foundations Injector Course, an Advanced Injector Course, and an RN Injector Apprenticeship role. Through these training opportunities, Deborah aims to impart her knowledge and expertise to aspiring injectors, ensuring they receive the necessary education and guidance to become skilled professionals.

By offering these training programs, Deborah believes that she can contribute to the development of safe and knowledgeable providers across the state.

Deborah's Favorite Treatments: Deborah possesses extensive experience with various treatments, including Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane filler, Kybella, Sculptra, and Radiesse. Among her favorites is midface rejuvenation, a procedure that provides lift, volume, and restores balance. She also specializes in lip augmentation to harmonize the lower face and strategically places "toxins" to minimize fine lines and wrinkles. Furthermore, Deborah believes in the transformative effects of RF Microneedling on both the face and body.
